江苏仕邦柔性电子研究院有限公司（简称“仕邦研究院”）依托南京工业大学国家级柔性电子材料与器件国际联合研究中心平台，由院士领衔的南京工业大学先进材料学院的人才团队、南京智能制造产业发展有限公司、江苏长田信息科技有限公司共同组建而成。

Jiangsu Shibang Flexible Electronics Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shibang Research Institute"), relying on the platform of Nanjing Tech University's national level international joint research center for flexible electronic materials and devices, is jointly established by the talent team of Advanced Materials School of Nanjing Tech University led by academicians, Nanjing Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Development Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Changtian Information Technology Co., Ltd.
